Boom Lifts: Whilst a scissor lift is designed to extend only in a vertical direction, boom lifts also provide out-reach. The work platform is attached to a telescopic or articulating boom to reach over obstacles, gaining access to work areas not easily approached by other vertical lifting devices.

Many models can provide 360 degree rotation and are manoeuvrable by the operator from the work platform, even while the boom is extended.

The larger units are available with working heights of up to 43 metres, whilst compact units can provide considerable out-reach in interior applications where space is restricted.
